Assistant Store Manager - Edina, MN

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for delivering on our promise to create welcoming multi-generational community gathering places. ASMs lead their shop teams in delivering great service, consistent scoops, and good vibes during every shift. The ASM has a guaranteed minimum of 25 hours year-round and are the first candidates considered when any role of Store Manager becomes available.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in their leadership and administrative duties. The ASM serve as a leader in the shop when the Store Manager is not present or is unavailable. This role has management and administrative duties that are clearly communicated and assigned by the Store Manager and General Manager.
