At Sweet Science Ice Cream, we start with locally sourced and natural ingredients. We combine them perfectly in small batches, creating one-of-a-kind flavors. We make our ice cream base and every sauce, cookie, swirl and crunch by hand in our St. Paul kitchen.

That’s why I started Sweet Science Ice Cream—to offer ice cream that’s not only clean and delicious but crafted in a way that helps people connect over a moment of joy, no matter how big or small.

 

But it’s about more than just bringing people together; it’s about making ice cream that’s exceptional and truly unique. That’s why I work with partners who share this vision—from local dairy farmers to using only natural, one-of-a-kind ingredients. For us, making the best ice cream isn’t always the easiest, but it’s always worth it.

 

The best part of my journey has been creating flavors that capture the passion I have for great ice cream. Whether it’s the handmade caramel in our iconic Salted Caramel or the perfecting of Rhubarb Cinnamon Almond after 20 tries, it’s always about surprising your taste buds in a delightful way.

Each batch is crafted with care and love, and I want you to be part of that experience. Whether you’re grabbing a scoop at our shop, filling out a catering order, or picking us up at your local store, it’s all about sharing these special moments together.
