Using the principles of food science and whole, all-natural ingredients, we hand-make the best ice cream you’ve ever experienced. Our small-batch ice cream and every swirl, cookie,
sauce and crunch is made from scratch in our Saint Paul kitchen.

Ice cream has this remarkable ability to bring people together -- across ages, across occasions, across whatever kind of day you're having. That's why I started Sweet Science. Not just to make ice cream that tastes incredible, but to make ice cream worth sharing.
That means working with local dairy farmers, using only natural ingredients, and never taking shortcuts even when the shortcut is right there. It means trying a flavor twenty times until it's right -- the Rhubarb Cinnamon Almond took exactly that. It means the handmade caramel in our Salted Caramel Swirl is made the hard way because the hard way tastes better.
I believe truly great food builds community. When something is exceptional, people want to share it with the people they love. That's the whole idea.
