At Sweet Science, we want to encourage future generations to get active in the sciences. Who knows, maybe one will become the next Nancy Johnson – the inventor of a hand-cranked freezer that established the basic method of making ice cream still used today.
We're in the process of developing a program we can offer to school groups, troops, and whoever else would love to learn and eat ice cream.
