Sweet Science Ice Cream Flavors

Many of our flavors are available year-round. Others are more dependent on the seasonality of the fresh ingredients. Either way, most don’t stick around for long. At the store, or in your freezer.

OUR ICE CREAM IS SIMPLE.

It’s ice cream. Great ice cream. Let’s not let artifical stuff overpower such a simple joy. Candy bars are great - it's just not what our ice cream is about.

THE FLAVORS ARE ELEGANT.
Olive oil. Dark chocolate. Pear riesling. These are flavors meant to be appreciated. Eaten slowly. (Good luck with that!)

THEY ARE INTENSE.

One of the benefits of using fresh, all-natural ingredients is more intense flavors. It’s easier to taste a strawberry when it's real fruit and comes from a great source.

Berry Crumble

Vanilla bean ice cream swirled with handmade raspberry blackberry sauce, sprinkled with gluten-free streusel. Perfect combination of creamy, tart, crunchy.

Coffee Toffee

Deep, full-bodied cofee flavor, handmade almond toffee gives crunch and a little sweetness to the finish.

Rhubarb Cinnamon Almond

Cinnamon-amaretto ice cream, with local rhubarb compote, and cinnamon toasted almonds.

Milk Chocolate

Malty, a little bit caramel-y, super smooth.

Vanilla Bean

Classic, smooth, super flavorful for a “vanilla.”

Blackberry Sorbet

Tart, fresh. Lime brings out the tartness of the berries, but you still get earthiness.

Honey Chamomile Ale

We've combined the honey and chamomile deliciousness of Tin Whisker's Wheatstone Bridge Wheat Beer and tossed in a caramel swirl for good measure. Partnership tastes pretty sweet.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie

Smooth peanut butter base with chunks of all natural cookie.
